Arrival and departure
The arrival for weekly packages is always on Sunday afternoon with departure on Saturday after lunch. New guests are welcomed in the tea lobby on Sunday at 5.30 p.m. We then take you on a tour through the hotel and invite you to an informative induction talk and diet dinner.

Children
Children aged 14 and above are welcome in the wellness area.
Pets
It is not possible to bring pets with you for hygiene reasons and out of consideration for our health resort guests. In exceptional cases, a room with separate outdoor entrance on the forest side is available by prior arrangement. The price per day and pet is EUR 12. However, we cannot allow your dog in the hotel’s public areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Health insurance reimbursement
Medical services and physiotherapy treatments may be reimbursed partly or even in full depending on your health insurance. A doctor’s prescription and referral is usually required for this. Please inform your insurance company before you arrive at the health resort in any case.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend you take out European travel cancellation insurance.
Prices
All prices include value added tax and local taxes. There is no reduction on weekly packages with early departure. All arrangements include the listed service packages. There is no reimbursement if the services are not used. Foreign currencies are converted at the cheapest daily exchange rate. In the event of correspondence errors, the price list applies.
Cancellation fee
50% of the costs of all booked services for room, board and therapy in case of short-term cancellation within 14 days before arrival. 100% of the costs for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival. Should the stay be shortened by late arrival or early departure, 100% will also be charged as cancellation fee. In addition, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Payment terms and conditions
You receive a detailed total bill at the end of your stay. It is possible to pay in cash, by bank or EC (Maestro) debit card or by VISA and Mastercard credit cards

Location
Rickatschwende is situated above the town of Dornbirn, below the Bödele, and can be easily reached by car and public transport all year.
By car
A14 motorway – “Dornbirn Süd" exit. Then head towards Dornbirn. At the hospital turn left and then right at the second set of traffic lights. Please follow the sights to “Bödele" and “Rickatschwende". After 3 to 4 km you can see the entrance to the Rickatschwende F. X. Mayr Health Retreat on the right. The outdoor parking spaces and underground car park are free. We do not accept any liability for parked vehicles.
By train and bus
We recommend travelling by train to Dornbirn station. The buses run from there up to the Bödele at half-hourly or hourly intervals. There is a bus stop right next to the entrance to our hotel. We will be happy to assist you in finding suitable connections.
By plane
The nearest airports for arrival by plane are Zurich, Altenrhein and Friedrichshafen. It is possible to then take the train to Dornbirn and Bregenz. We will also be happy to organise a transfer for you.
